Once your order is placed, we will send a digital proof for your approval, within 24 hours.
Review and approve the proof, or request changes if necessary.
After approval, your custom wedding sign will be created and shipped to you within 1-2 business days.

RETURN POLICIES:
Custom Orders: No returns or exchanges for personalized items.
Standard Items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery; item must be unused and in original packaging.

Since January 1st, 2020, the UK is no longer in the EU. Duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery.
